Staff Accountant
Qualified candidates will be a CPA candidate with 0-3 yrs experience. Responsibilities include general accounting knowledge, basic auditing/tax techniques, computer knowledge, workpaper documentation, and financial statement and tax return preparation. Ideal candidates will have good communication and interpersonal abilities as well as strong organization and analytical skills.

Senior Staff Accountant
Qualified candidates will be a CPA with 3+ years experience in an accounting environment and strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and IRC regulations. Responsibilities include managing financial and tax engagements, including but not limited to planning, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, supervising and evaluating staff, and serving as the primary contact between the client and the firm. Must be deadline oriented with the ability to prioritize work within given timelines. Ideal candidates will have good communication and interpersonal abilities as well as strong organization and analytical skills.

Accounting Consultant
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred, with 3+ years experience in an accounting environment. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required. Responsibilities include month-end close, reconciling balance sheet accounts, preparing/reviewing monthly financial statements, and assisting client accounting staff with daily operations. Must have strong attention to detail in maintaining integrity and accuracy of financial systems and procedures and be proactive in recommending better and more effective ways to operate. Extensive client interaction required, consequently candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
